Category classification of EB2 or EB3 is done when filing I-140. Labor does not have any such classification. It all depends on the job requirement that decides EB2/EB3 at I-140 while filing.

Yesturday night, I saw Charlie Rose Show, in which he first interviewed Andi Carr and then RAHM EMANUEL Representative (D-IL)....
In the middle of conversation, Charlie asked Rahm about what Dems agree and disagree and how they will work with President. He replied that there is no all disagreement. He said Dems agree on Tax reform as well as Immigration. Then he went on to talk about favoritism to CIR.
It seems like winning the election even while being on Immigration side as well defeat of Representatives J.D. Hayworth and Randy Graf (Hardcore Immigrant Haters) have embolden Dems that Immigration is not as taboo as it was once thought. I have a feeling that they will get this done sooner than later. :)

Hello
We moved to a new location after filing our 485, EAD and AP petitions. We immediately sent the AR11 forms (by Fedex) and also did the AR 11 form online. Apart from this we updated the addresses for all pending petitions.
The status is as follows:
1. My wife's EAD went to the old address and fortunately USPS forwarded to our new address. However my EAD has not yet reached me though when I check online it looks like it was approved on 1st Oct. How do we track this?
2. I have received the address change confirmations from USCIS for my 485 petition. I have not received the same for my wife and daughter's petitions. Do I have to go and update the address change once again online?
Kindly advice based on your experience.

I'm looking to travel to Puerto Rico for a few days in July for my honeymoon but both my green card and passport have both expired. I have been in the US since 1988 and don't travel aboard very often so I overlooked this issue.
I have been told that I can travel to Puerto Rico with just a valid driver's license but don't want to take a chance of having them ask me for my passport and green card and then not being allowed back in the country. I would think that if they ask me if I'm a resident alien, they woudl want to see a non expired green card. I assume it is too late to go through the renewal process for both with just a few weeks left before my trip. I would love to know if I need to go through the renewal process for my passport, green card or both in order to fly to Puerto Rico or if I should just stick to US states.

i am going for the h1b visa stamping first time in chennai. i took the single dd with 4322 ( 4000 + 322 ) rupees . i took the appointment date also for interview .
in the hdfc bank some other people also took the single dd with the same (4322 rupees ) amount.
but some body told that we have to take supporate dds like 4000 and 322 rupees.
what about my situation now? if i took wrong how come hdfc people will give single dd for me and others .
i am really mad. please appriciate your help. i am waiting for your valuable suggestion. please anybody who knows help me.
