Hey,
I'm F1 right now, graduating in may. I'm not sure if i'm going to work or go to school after graduation. If I apply for OPT then get into school again as an F1 student, is my current F1 visa void (valid to 2012) ? Will I have to get a new F1 visa because I applied for OPT?

I'm trying to figure out how to make a 3d vector animation of a person walking or dancing. more specifically, the outline of a person walking/dancing.
I've seen this before on other sites, but can't remember where. sometimes it's the 3d outline animation, sometimes its asingle-color 2d animation. does that make sense. I'll try to post an example if I find one.
Anyway, does anyone know this process or know of a place that shows how it's done? thanks.

I have a few questions about my case.
I have a 3year degree in Bachelors of Science (Maths) and a 1 year degree in BS in Computer Information systems from Golden Gate University in (San Francisco, CA). However at the time of my GC filing, my lawyer advised me that i cannot file for EB2 but for EB3, since my bachelors degree does not evaluate to a 4 year US degree (based on the single source rule). So i had to file my I-140 in EB3.
Recently i read an article on murthy.com http://www.murthy.com/news/n_combdg.html this article clearly mentions that the person I-140 was denied by USCIS but the AAO overturned the case. I asked my lawyer about this, she says that even thought the person had two degree, they were from the same university, but from my understanding ethiraj college is an autonomous university.
I have a feeling my case is similar, what do you'll think i should do..

My friend was on H1B visa from last 5.5 years and Laid off last week .
I want to know what options she has to stay in USA.
from last company her labor and 140 was approved .
Can she do visa transfer and start new labor ?

I applied for 485 under july-07 bulletin and received my AP and EAD though I have not used it yet.
Now I got married and my wife is USC. I would like to apply for 485 based on marriage.
So before applying for marriage based 485, do I need to revoke employment based 485 application or I can have two 485 applications (from two different categories) at the same time? Do I need to revoke AP and EAD also received from employment based?
Also I assume that I need to maintain same A# (got from emploment based application) for marriage based 485 application also.
If I don't need to revoke employment based AP and EAD, then can I use these while my family based 485 application is pending?

Today I got an SLUD on my pending 485 after almost more than a year. Last one was from July, 2008 (address change). Don't understand what exactly is going on. For RFEs are there usually SLUDs before? or just an hard LUD with message change? Anyone in same boat? :confused:

I am applying to renew my EAD and looking at the paper Application on page 7 I see that if you are C9 which all of us are mostly..we need not file an application fee..

The new forms instruct petitioners to file their applications at USCIS Lockbox facilities rather than at USCIS Service Centers.

Folks,
I am trying to put together documents for my wife's 485 application. The birth certificate was re-issued a couple of years back (with corrections to her mother's name and including her last name which was missing earlier).
The lawyer says we need to put a good reason down for 'why a corrected birth certificate was not obtained until now'.
Do you guys know of a good reason to provide USCIS? Know of any reason which was accepted in case of your friends?
Please do advise. Thanks!

We have received our EAD cards without having Finger Print done. We have received FP notice and scheduled for the next week but received our EAD cards.
EAD cards says "No Finger print available" on the right corner. Will this cause any problems?
Please advice.

perhaps the slow commenting is due to the quality of the picture. Looks great, nice frame, nice composition. It'd perhaps saturate it more and enhance the sun....
